Comment:

 We already have clients graphs for bridges. As yet, there hasn't been any
 further demand for fractional uptime graphs. The current SVG graphs may
 need to be rethought as they're not incredibly flexible (not great for
 mobile, broken in Tor Browser on high security, etc.). We may revisit this
 when we work out how we want to do graphs in the future.
