 I have been watching the list of relays located in Chile, and suddenly
 there is a new relay [1][2] with high bandwidth and over 100 days of
 uptime, which doesn't make much sense. A quick search of the AS Name tells
 me that it should be located somewhere in Europe, probably Poland.
