Comment:

 Despite the content of user's provided sites, chat's code is a good
 testcase for e.g. #16333, because #18619 is still observable ;)
 Funny "feature" is: when you open https://webchat.erotikchat4free.de/home,
 you get `InvalidStateError` and failed connection to wss, but if you open
 Network tab of Developer Tools, site begins to work!
