 Hello,

 As specified in ticket #20229, the "OTR Preferences" menu is not labeled
 correctly.
 Moreover, I have the following error when clicking on this menu:
 {{{XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
 Location: chrome://otr/content/prefs.xul
 Line Number 6, Column 1:<prefwindow id="otr-prefwindow"
 ^}}}

 I hadn't this error before, I even tried to reinstall Tor Messenger in a
 new directory but unsuccessfully, still this error.
