 This morning I ran Tor Browser 6.5a2 on the stable release of macOS Sierra
 10.12 and it started without issue. It noticed an update was available, so
 I let it update to 6.5a3. Then trying to open it gave the error from Tor
 Launcher: "Could not connect to Tor control port."

 Running it on the command line I'm seeing:
