 The [https://consensus-health.torproject.org/consensus-health.html
 detailed page] of consensus health still contains Globe links.  However,
 we shut down Globe a while ago and all those links get redirected to
 Atlas.  The page would become a bit smaller if those links went away.

 Assigning to Core Tor/DocTor for now, though I had assumed there's a
 DepicTor component somewhere.  If this is not the right component, where
 should we move it?  Do we have to create a Trac component for this (in a
 separate ticket)?
