 Hello everyone, here is a hopefully successful mirror update!

 This is my first attempt using TRAC.  I made a tarball, but if there is a
 different format you'd like me to use, I'm happy to do so.

 I will have the (mostly) automated process complete in a few days, it will
 monitor the tor-mirrors list for ADD/CHANGE/DELETE and make the changes,
 and then I will review for sanity.
