 As I recall I did not have the clock jump issue on FreeBSD 10.3, they
 started appear when I upgraded to FreeBSD 11-RC1.

 Since updating to 0.2.9.4-alpha the clock jump issue seems to be not so
 dramatic. Below 300sec where they tended to be >> 1000
