 You might have to report this bug to the maintainer of the AUR package.

 What do you get when you run this command?

 TOR_PT_MANAGED_TRANSPORT_VER=1 TOR_PT_CLIENT_TRANSPORTS=meek /usr/bin
 /meek-client --log meek-client.log
 }}}

 It should produce on the terminal:
 {{{
 VERSION 1
 CMETHOD meek socks5 127.0.0.1:38561
 CMETHODS DONE
 }}}

 meek-client.log should contain at least:
 {{{
 2016/10/25 15:42:28 listening on 127.0.0.1:38561
 }}}

 (Of course the port number may be different.)
