 That test network repository would contain tools and documentation that
 shouldn't be private/sekrit and used for/in that network. For now, most of
 those tools would be scripts and recipe for monitoring the relays' logs
 and health of the network.

 In an ideal world, I would name this: `testnet.git` and for now put myself
 (dgoulet) as the committer. (I can send a signed GPG email if needed for
 this.)
