 Orbot > Settings > Use Proxy
 I set HTTPS proxy(Polopo).

 Orbot > Proxy > Tor Network: work!

 But, if I select "Bridges", Orbot stuck with "Starting".

 Expected result:
 If I enable "Bridges" AND I'm using a proxy, Orbot should use proxy to
 connect to the "Bridge".
