 Here's my patch:
 https://github.com/arthuredelstein/webml/commit/20734

 This overrides the current donation page, and changes links in donate
 buttons, etc. Everything gets pointed to https://donate.torproject.org.

 I added a few redirects that I wasn't able to test, so it's probably good
 to check they are working properly.
