Comment:

 Small tweak to make CollecTor comply again to
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/org/teams/MetricsTeam/MetricsJavaStyleGuide#FileStructureofJavaProjects
 Metrics' Java projects file structure] and to avoid that the 'nginx-
 collector' file is served by the web-server.
