 The build was added to jenkins but we need to also merge
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/attachment/ticket/20564/jenkins-
 metrics-lib.patch to metrics-lib. This small patch exclude the checks task
 for jenkins and add the clean task to test dependencies.
