 That's surprising. Sorry about that. I'm going to start a build now from
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/builders/tor-browser-
 bundle.git/log/?h=maint-6.0&id=tbb-6.0.6-build3 tbb-6.0.6-build3] and try
 to reproduce.

 I'm continually getting this error from `make prep` when trying to build
 lately. I'm working around it by setting `VERIFY_TAGS=0`.
