 I have verified we can build metrics-lib without any problem. The only
 issue is the version of checkstyle. I have downgraded to the version
 present on jessie and, unless there are other reasons to stick with
 version 6.17, we could use 5.9. I am going to move forward and create
 jenkins jobs.
