 No need for this ticket to hold up a Tor 0.2.9.x stable imo.

 DLP_ripper, can you tell us what you are actually trying to do?

 Most likely the original poster is getting confused by our confusing and
 insufficiently documented design of rewriting the remote address once we
 think we know what relay it is.
