Comment:

 The DNS leak issue has been fixed in
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/stem.git/commit/?id=9d869c4f6e2fe9056f95b693092bb6d11a8a5b02

 They also suggest using `127.0.0.1` instead of `localhost` for the proxy
 address. IMO this isn't a big deal. FWICT keeping `localhost` would work
 better inside BSD jails because the returned IP changes dynamically.
