 Note that this issue has a potential conflict with this known issue in
 curve25519-donna:

 https://github.com/agl/curve25519-donna/issues/31

 (Tracked here with #13538).

 We'll need to make the curve25519-donna code get fixed, or make it get
 built with -fwrapv and without -ftrapv.
