 The easiest way is to find a page you want to link the new page from, and
 then make a link to the new page using [[TracLinks]] syntax:
 {{{
 my new page is [[NewPageTitle]].
 }}}
 This will show up as
   my new page is [[NewPageTitle]].
 Then save your edit. Once the page is saved, click on the link you just
 created and it will give you the option to create the new page.

 You can look at the source of some existing pages (just hit "Edit Page" at
 the bottom of the page and cancel when you're done) if you want samples of
 the link syntax.
