 attachment:0001-Use-RFC-5737-TEST-NET-1-addresses-for-meek-dummy-add.patch
 is a patch that applies the 192.0.2.0/24 workaround, so we can have
 working bundles until we decide on something more permanent. It applies to
 master and maint-5.5.
