 Works for me! Let's make sure we have enough onionperf related tickets in
 existence, so we can close this one as a duplicate of those.

 Also, let's make sure that we merged all of the "throw out state between
 fetches" code mentioned above (or otherwise we don't need to remember any
 of it).
