 I've pushed my a commit which implements this to my personal GitHub fork
 https://github.com/DonnchaC/tor-website/pull/1

 I've tested this locally, but I haven't got a local dev environment to
 compile the .wml. It would be great if someone could review the feature
 before merging it.
