 (Thank you for setting the component.)

 While trying to assure that the website is accurate, which it was after
 Jacob Appelbaum was not listed as Tor Core person any longer, after he had
 stepped down, I thought that it would be reasonable to add his name to the
 list of Past Contributors.

 Now it might have been too early for me to make that call. First, I don't
 know what counts as active contribution, so he might not be added to the
 list, because not all contributions are in the past. Second, I am not in
 the position to check if this list would be accurate. After all there
 might be others that would be missing on that list as well, for whatever
 reason. Third, the list might not have to be complete, (the Tor Core
 people should be always complete) for whatever reason.

 My concern was regarded towards the list of people who work and worked for
 Tor. Neither of them is false, so this ticket is invalid.
