 Why don't you offer the Medium-Low setting (at min) of the Security Slider
 as the easiest workaround of this problem? (Your solutions lead to tbb-
 disk-leak)
 Proposal: include disabled ASM.JS into the Low setting (at least until it
 stops to violate PBM #19417).
