 It looks that there will definitely be a need to backport txtorcon for all
 but xenial, so my preference regarding weasel's question is now leaning
 towards sharing the existing suites, given that there will be dependencies
 on things in the main Tor suites (including Tor itself in the case of
 trusty) and it is more work for users if they have to add two repos not
 just one.

 Still, I may be convinced otherwise and I'm not closed to discussion.
