Comment:

 Oh, I know what happened.  I forgot to update the crontab line, so that
 after the most recent server reboot the previous version was run again.
 Updated now and created #19265 to avoid situations like this in the
 future.  Will kill the current process and switch to the recent version
 after the current run.  Sorry!  Closing as fixed even though it may take a
 few hours for results to include GeoIP results again.
