 Hello, i have set up my windows firewall to block all connections in/out
 except those that i allowed, when i installed tor browser i allowed the
 tor.exe and firefox.exe in tor folder for out connections, and when i
 started tor, the first step which is "connecting to a relay directory"
 does not progressed , but when i tur off the firewall the tor works
 properly , so is there any another program or service that i have to allow
 in my firewall so that the tor works properly ?
