Comment (by mo):

 I never proposed to run an authority or even a bridge authority because I
 have access to too many exits already, but we (Zwiebelfreunde) do have
 currently unused IPv4/IPv6 PI space that should be pretty stable that we
 could hand over to someone else, if this helps.
