 It would be nice when replying to clarify your words.

 Who's creating a patch here? I hope not I, because I'm not a Tor developer
 to know the way in which Tor would like to pursue this best...

 And as far as fixing this, I already showed a simple way of doing this,
 takes like a WHOLE 5-10 mins. to implement, not 21 months...
