 Looking at https://metrics.torproject.org/userstats-relay-
 country.html?start=2016-06-01&end=2016-07-20 it seems like two days are
 missing from the graph of direct connections.

 I'm not sure if it's a metrics website problem or onionoo glitch. Picking
 metrics component for now, feel free to move it if needed.
