 I created this branch that has information about gettor for users who
 can't open our website. This should show up at the search eng page for
 when people search for Tor and it shows our site and a description about
 tor.

 Which is the same text that shows up now (see screenshot attached), I
 didn't change the first phrase, just added the second one. Although, it
 would be nice to review this phrase once we have a copy writer.
