 Hello!
 I just have tried to install tor (firstly 6.0.2, then (6.5a1)) on new mac
 (10.11.4) but it says 'The proxy server is refusing connections' and it is
 unable to connect to any sites or test network settings. Firewall is
 turned off.
 What can be the problem?
