Comment:

 In #18082, we may have Rendezvous Single Onion Services add an identifying
 line to their descriptors,so we could measure their HSDir statistics
 separately.

 If we identify RSOS in their descriptor, then we can make sure Tor2web
 clients don't connect to them (#17945).

 I'll look at this again in 0.2.9.
