 To short-circuit potential negative publicity resulting from this ticket's
 description I remind readers of [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poe%27s_law
 Poe's Law]. Were the description not made in jest there would of course be
 legitimate concerns that the Tor Project is enabling psychologically
 maladaptive behavior by staff when it should instead be referring them to
 professional help.
