 It's not a core tor issue.  The pluggable transport is failing to reach
 the Bridge, and the error is not one of `EADDRNOTAVAIL`, `ETIMEDOUT`,
 `ENETUNREACH`, `EHOSTUNREACH`, `ECONNREFUSED` or ECONNRESET`.  obfs4proxy
 has the `-enableLogging` and `-logLevel` flags that do exactly what one
 would expect (see usage or the man page).

 As far as the original submitter's log goes, looks like the bridges
 they're trying to use are all blocked.  Not my circus, not my monkeys.
