Comment:

 Well, as specified, this is not surprising. When UseBridges is 0, Tor
 ignores the other lines.

 So basically, your bug is that when you try to use those three bridges,
 Tor doesn't work for you.

 Are you super sure that those three bridges were working bridges? :)
