 List Maintainer: teor2345 at gmail dot com
 List Description: technical discussion about running Tor onion (hidden)
 services

 It will default to being public and archived, which is what we want.

 (I'm happy to be the list moderator, but if it needs to be someone more
 closely associated with the tor project, we could ask asn or dgoulet.)
