 Ah, that's nice because this will solve #12240 for us. bug_17428_v3
 (https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/gk/tor-browser-
 bundle.git/commit/?h=bug_17428_v3&id=969136e13861c1cc6d983a66a82736a1fae971c3)
 is removing m2crypto as well.
