 The debian installation page
 https://www.torproject.org/docs/debian.html.en still lists Utopic Unicorn
 as a supported platform for the .deb builds, even though the apt resource
 throws 404s for the provided URLs.

 This Ubuntu release went EOL in July 15 and should be removed from the
 list of supported versions.
