I opened https://blog.torproject.org/blog and got a security warning
triangle from Tor Browser, rather than the lock. When I clicked on it, it
 said "Broken Encryption".

This kept on happening even when I refreshed the page.

When I selected "New Circuit for this site", the issue went away.

Can someone check if the Exit 195.154.56.44 is stripping SSL?
Alternately, is the Tor website intermittently embedding insecure content?
