Comment (by teor):

 longclaw has an IPv6 DirPort now.

 We discovered that the IPv6 DirPort entry needs to be:
 `DirPort [IPv6-address]:80 NoAdvertise` to avoid a warning "Can't
 advertise more than one DirPort."
