 The following languages are checked into the translation repo for HTTPS
 Everywhere but contain only blank strings, this causes the build script
 for HTTPS Everywhere for chrome to fail. I would recommend that these
 languages be removed, or better yet, fixed:

 ms
 sv_SE
 ca at valencia
