 This actually seems to be https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=23638
 which got fixed in r238083. The ICU patch responsible for this is
 https://bugs.icu-project.org/trac/changeset/37326. Hm, I wonder what
 Mozilla is doing here to avoid this problem...
