 I've reviewed asn's prop250_final_v4 up to
 ab5a2ffed4fa02d3ac8a2e46b8f3c38a318a7d3a.
 Thanks for the refactoring, I am much more comfortable that the new timing
 code uses the same values as the existing timing code.

 Still waiting to hear about the unit tests failures and chutney template.
