 I am thinking how to reproduce it. I didn't do anything special last time,
 it happened after the sigterm or sigint was sent (to replace files and
 upgrade to 0.2.8.1). I will try on a fast relay with the commit you
 suggested by sending few sigterm signals and comment here if I can
 reproduce.
