 Usually see that something is writing in Browser Console, but there are so
 many messages that it's hard to monitor them while surfing.
 XHR EXC was seen rarely.
 Most common messages are:

 NS_ERROR_FAILURE: Component returned failure code: 0x80004005
 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsITaskbarTabPreview.invalidate]

 NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE: Component returned failure code: 0x80040111
 (NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE) [nsIMIMEService.getTypeFromExtension]

 getFirstPartyURI failed for
 https://trac.torproject.org/images/favicon.ico: 0x80070057
