 GCC is complaining:
 {{{
 /home/debian/install/binutils/bin/ld: this linker was not configured to
 use sysroots
 }}}
 Using `--with-sysroot` for our `binutils` compilation makes GCC happy but
 then `libevent` can't be found when compiling Tor.
