Comment:

 > What does this mean?

 It means that using some random web page (eg: iplocation.net) to check
 your exit IP location isn't a good way to figure out what other webpages
 (eg: google.com) will see your exit IP as, and that the Tor network has a
 decent number of exit nodes in France.
