 Stem uses [https://www.dlitz.net/software/pycrypto/ pycrypto] as an
 optional dependency to validate descriptor signatures. Seems
 [https://github.com/dlitz/pycrypto/issues/173 pycrypto is no longer
 maintained].

 Quick search comes up with [https://cryptography.io/en/latest/
 cryptography] and [https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pycryptodome pycryptodome]
 as some possible alternatives.
